The Test Rig is an efficient way to test, analyse and certify mould cooling circuits for flow capacity, leaks, and optimal process set points - with result reports saved, shared or printed. The mould benchmarking achieved with the Test Rig is essential for any quality assurance process and a baseline for future comparisons.

Equipped with its own water tank, pump, 8-zone manifold and a full software setup, the Test Rig allows users to document, validate and maintain moulds by testing them in a practical all-in-one tool.

Water flow and pressure tests of mould cooling circuits

Air pressure leak test – a safe and easy way to test moulds for leakages, without overflowing water

Optimisation analysis of moulds - a test determining the optimal cooling process parameters; i.e. how to achieve maximum flow on a mould with minimal supply pressure possible, thereby allowing injection moulders to significantly optimise energy consumption

Precise control of water pressure by variable output pump to simulate production environment
